Key Responsibilities: Conduct technical inspections of tractors including engine, gearbox, hydraulics, tyres, and electrical systems; identify repair requirements, estimate refurbishment costs, and ensure accurate grading; manage end-to-end refurbishment activities while maintaining quality standards and turnaround timelines; coordinate with local vendors/workshops for repair work and monitor quality, cost, and delivery; negotiate repair and spare part costs; perform final quality checks; work closely with procurement, sales, and operations teams across regions.
