Job description

Help Us Build the Commercial Engine That Powers the Future of Agriculture

At Source.ag, we’re building the next generation of agriculture through AI - and we’re looking for a highly entrepreneurial Revenue Operations Engineer to help us design and scale the commercial systems behind it.

You’ll work directly with our Head of Revenue (Bas van den Brande) and cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product. This is a full-stack role: you’ll identify opportunities, gather the data, architect solutions, and ship fast. From Salesforce flows to DataBricks dashboards - you’ll build the GTM engine from the ground up.

We’re not looking for someone to maintain what exists. We’re looking for a builder - someone who thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership, and moves with urgency.

Own and Scale the GTM Systems Stack

  • Design, maintain, and optimize Salesforce as the backbone of our GTM motion

  • Build scalable data models and pipelines using DataBricks and BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker)

  • Manage integrations across our GTM tech stack (e.g. Chargebee, marketing automation, Google Sheets, Zapier)

  • Ensure system reliability, data governance, documentation, and change management

Drive Strategic RevOps Projects

  • Lead end-to-end projects: understand the problem, gather the data, design the solution, and implement it

  • Support commercial planning and forecasting through automation and insight

  • Develop internal tooling that reduces friction in the sales and customer journey

Enable Data-Driven Decision-Making

  • Build dashboards and self-serve reporting for Sales, CS, and GTM leadership

  • Monitor pipeline health, product adoption, and performance across cohorts and segments

  • Make our data infrastructure a strategic advantage - not a bottleneck

Job requirements

  • 2–4 years experience in RevOps, GTM Systems, Sales Ops, or BI - preferably in B2B SaaS

  • Salesforce admin and automation experience (flows, custom objects, process design)

  • Strong working knowledge of SQL, and comfort with tools like DataBricks

  • Proven experience with dashboarding in tools like Looker, Power BI, or Tableau

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills — you start from first principles, not template

  • Ownership mindset - you don’t just identify problems, you solve them

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced startup environment

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with Python or scripting for automation

  • Familiarity with tools like Zapier, Workato, or API-based integrations

  • Experience building forecasting and pipeline models for a tiered SaaS product

Our offer in return for your talent and skills

To reward your contributions, we offer you:

  • A hybrid work environment - we have working days at the office on Mondays and Thursdays which we make awesome

  • Paid lunch

  • Pension contribution of 4.5%

  • Mental well-being guidance through Open Up

  • Macbook (for the deep tech roles a 16T)

  • Travel allowance for office commute

  • Annual learning budget of € 1,000

  • Work from home budget of € 550

  • Monthly wifi & phone plan reimbursement of € 50

  • Unlimited holidays and we expect you at least to take 25 per year

  • Each quarter we have a big company event on Friday that includes dinner and special activities
