We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to the C-Suite to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will provide dedicated support to our senior leadership team, ensuring seamless coordination of schedules, meetings, and communications. You will handle confidential information with the utmost discretion, anticipate needs, and serve as a key liaison across departments. Responsibilities

• Manage calendars: This includes scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, and ensuring that the C-Suite's calendar is up-to-date and organized.
• Coordinating communication: The Executive Admin may screen and prioritize phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication for the C-Suite, and handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
• Liaising with other departments: The Executive Admin may act as a liaison between the C-Suite and other departments or stakeholders and may be responsible for coordinating and communicating information between these groups.
• Assisting with special projects and events: The Executive Admin may be responsible for assisting the C-Suite with special projects, such as preparing for a board meeting or organizing a company event.
• Maintaining confidentiality: The Executive Admin may be privy to sensitive or confidential information and must be able to maintain the confidentiality of this information at all times
• Coordinate and process payments to vendors, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the C-Suite, including managing tasks, communications, and workflows.
• Manage and oversee team expense approvals, including reconciling the C-Suite's expenses and ensuring accurate and timely processing of reimbursements.
