As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving ProducePay’s mission to develop more sustainable supply chains by managing the entire sales cycle—from pipeline origination to account conversion—in the European market. You will engage directly with clients’ C-suite and management teams to create tailored business solutions that align financial services and produce sourcing. Leveraging ProducePay’s global network of 300+ growers and $2 billion in working capital investments, you will deliver strategic solutions that serve both EU and US clients, fostering long-term partnerships through a consultative, data-driven approach. You will also collaborate with leadership to shape the sales strategy for your territory, while building relationships with referral and channel partners to expand business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
