As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Sales and Field Operations teams. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our sales processes, ensuring the effective use of our tools and systems, and providing actionable insights to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Hybrid systems, process, data management responsibilities; ensure process and tooling remain aligned with business need.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Field Operations teams to support their needs and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with Commercial, Finance, and People to ensure accurate crediting and payment of commission to sales representatives and managers.
  • Support the administration of Salesforce to ensure that territory/account assignments are accurately implemented and updated.
  • Manage and optimize Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and providing user support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives and projects aimed at improving sales efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support the development of KPIs and dashboards to track sales performance.
  • Build, maintain, and manage exception reports aligned with the health of the business.
  • Manage programs of fast-moving projects in a complex, tech-forward environment.
  • Partner with leadership, operations, product, engineering, business development, and marketing to align and deliver solutions for novel challenges in support of ProducePay’s Commercial business.
  • Intake needs, prioritize, design, deliver and maintain process and technology solutions
  • Collaborate to ensure delivery in-line with expectations, establish success criteria, and measure outcomes.
  • Develop forward-thinking solutions cognizant of the larger organizational picture and growth trajectory.
  • Ensure process design and corresponding system configuration are best-in-class, continuously adapting to an ever changing environment; own solutioning.
  • Utilize and support Commercial tech stack including Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce FSL, Hubspot, Highspot, Tableau, Asana, IronClad, Docusign, Captivate IQ.
  • Utilize Asana to manage day to day requests and projects.
  • Understand and leverage industry best practices, fast-tracking standardized solutions for known challenges.
  • Ensure effective change management, project tracking, and documentation.
