Tasks:

As a Marketing Analyst Intern, you will learn through hands-on tasks related to:

Market Insights and Competitive Intelligence Research

  • Gather and analyse market data through industry reports, whitepapers, news articles, and scientific journals.
  • Identify emerging trends, new technologies, and regulatory changes affecting the feed and food markets, competitors and relevant commodities.
  • Build and maintain a competitor intelligence database, identifying key strengths, weaknesses, and market positioning and strategies of competitors.
  • Monitor changes in relevant commodities to the agrifood biotech industry, such as raw materials, and Analyse how geopolitical conditions impact the biotech supply chain and pricing.

Data Automation & Optimization for Insights Gathering

  • Setup and implement automated tools to gather real-time insights on market trends, commodity prices, and competitor developments in the B2B agrifood biotech space.
  • Develop methodologies that filter and organize market data, transforming it into actionable insights for strategic decision-making.

B2B Go-to-Market Strategy Support

  • Synthesize and report market insights into actionable recommendations to inform marketing and product strategies.
  • Map the potential supplier market, customer market, and competitive (technology) landscape
  • Assist or contribute to shaping the go-to-market strategy by aligning product offerings with identified market needs and opportunities.

Who you are:

  • You are enrolled in a Bachelor or Master’s Program
  • You have strong analytical and research skills
  • You have advance skills using MS Office tools (specially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • You are comfortable using data mining programming tools, such as R or Python
  • You are able to interpret data and provide strategic recommendations that drive action
  • You are eager to learn in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
  • You are fluent in English (spoken and written)

Duration: 6 months – 12 months

Hours per week: 20 hours
