We are looking for a motivated and creative Marketing Working Student to support our growth team. In this role, you will help shape and execute impactful marketing initiatives, contributing to the brand presence and growth of MicroHarvest. This position is a great opportunity to learn hands-on marketing skills and be part of a dynamic industry.

Role Overview:

As a Marketing Working Student, you will support our Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy and brand-building activities. Your responsibilities will include content creation, channel management, event coordination, and performance tracking. Working closely with the Head of Brand and Growth, you will assist in developing and implementing our content strategy to boost brand awareness and lead generation. You will also coordinate with our PR agency, primarily in managing our LinkedIn presence and visual content needs.

Key Responsibilities:

B2B Content Support:

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and publishing cross-media B2B content (text, visuals, multimedia) across our website, social media, newsletters, print materials, trade shows, and other channels.
  • Prepare initial drafts of marketing materials for our designer to finalize, ensuring brand consistency across LinkedIn, brochures, one-pagers, and presentations.

Event Assistance:

  • Support the planning and follow-up of events and trade shows, helping to ensure smooth participation and coverage.

Content Strategy Contribution:

  • Collaborate with the Head of Brand in creating and implementing a content strategy aimed at increasing brand awareness and lead generation.

Webinar Coordination:

  • Assist in organizing and hosting webinars to engage and educate our audience, positioning MicroHarvest as a thought leader in the industry.

Interviews and Storytelling:

  • Help conduct interviews with internal experts and clients, contributing to the development of expert articles, case studies, and customer success stories in collaboration with our PR agency.

LinkedIn Management & PR Support:

  • Aid in managing the MicroHarvest LinkedIn account, exploring innovative content formats, and coordinating with our lead PR agency to support marketing campaigns.

Document Preparation:

  • Assist in creating essential documents for management and sales teams, supporting effective communication and strategic planning.

CRM Support & Business Development:

  • Help with CRM activities, including lead qualification, sequences, landing pages, and follow-ups. Collaborate with the Business Development team to nurture potential clients and support discovery calls.

Partnership Support:

  • Assist in establishing and maintaining partnerships with relevant industry organizations and media within Germany to strengthen MicroHarvest’s market position.

Performance Tracking:

  • Help monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities, contributing ideas to refine strategies to align with company goals.
