The Role
The General Manager will oversee the operations of a large-scale workplace food and pantry program serving a single corporate campus in the Menlo Park area. This role is responsible for leading an onsite hospitality team, and delivering an innovative workplace food experience through curated product assortments, catering coordination, themed pantry concepts, hospitality activations, and data-driven program management.
The General Manager will lead all aspects of workplace food and pantry operations including inventory management, vendor partnerships, product rotation, hospitality programming, and client reporting. This individual will ensure the program delivers a best-in-class employee experience while maintaining operational efficiency and budget transparency.
