As a food tech company, our technology powers a range of experiences including customer-facing ordering and menu interfaces, administrative dashboards, internal tools, and vendor-facing portals.

In this role, you will be responsible for validating features across a diverse set of products and systems, ensuring a seamless experience for customers, partners, and internal teams. You’ll play a key role in maintaining high quality standards across web and mobile platforms, supporting releases, and helping scale our QA processes as our platform evolves.

What You’ll Do

  • Design, execute, and maintain test cases for web and mobile applications (iOS and Android), with a primary focus on web platforms
  • Perform manual and automated testing to ensure product quality across releases
  • Develop and maintain automated test suites using modern frameworks
  • Conduct API testing and validate integrations using tools such as Postman or similar
  • Identify, document, and track bugs with clear, actionable reports
  • Perform exploratory testing to uncover edge cases and usability issues
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams in an asynchronous, distributed environment
  • Support release cycles, including validating deployments during evening hours as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5+ years of QA experience working on production SaaS products
  • Hands-on experience testing both web and mobile applications, with deeper expertise in web testing
  • Strong test automation skills using at least one modern framework (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Appium, Detox, or Maestro)
  • Experience with API testing and ability to read and understand API contracts
  • Solid understanding of test case design, exploratory testing, and defect reporting
  • Ability to work full-time in a U.S. timezone
  • Flexibility to support evening testing during deployments
  • Strong written communication skills in a distributed team environment
  • A high level of ownership and the ability to define and improve QA processes
  • Comfort working asynchronously with cross-functional teams

Nice to Haves

  • Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, CircleCI)
  • Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Linear, TestRail)
  • Experience building automation frameworks from the ground up
  • Background in marketplace, multi-tenant SaaS, or logistics/delivery products
  • Scripting experience in TypeScript, Python, or JavaScript
  • Experience with feature flag testing and A/B test validation
