The Role:
The General Manager will oversee the operations of a large-scale corporate pantry program serving a single campus in Santa Monica. This role is responsible for managing 22 micro kitchens, leading an onsite pantry team, and delivering an innovative workplace food experience through curated product assortments, themed pantry concepts, and data-driven program management.
The General Manager will lead all aspects of pantry operations including inventory management, vendor partnerships, product rotation, and client reporting. This individual will ensure the program delivers a best-in-class employee experience while maintaining operational efficiency and budget transparency.
