CrowdFarming
CrowdFarming® is the leading European tech marketplace connecting farmers directly with consumers. We are building the technology and logistics that provide consumers with access to the largest catalog of organic and regenerative farmers. Our vision is to create the most sustainable food supply chain, ensuring that farmers receive fair prices for their organic products while consumers receive fresh food that travels 75% less time than in supermarkets.
Since our launch in 2017, we have partnered with over 300 farmers across Europe. Today, CrowdFarming is present in 8 countries and sells to more than 600,000 customers in 32 countries.
👉 About the Role.
At CrowdFarming, our mission is to make regenerative organic agriculture possible for farmers and accessible to consumers. Our Sustainability & Impact team generates agronomic data and scientific insights from the field, and we need you to translate them into a compelling, activist, and rigorous narrative for our community, with the goal of driving behaviour change.
You will act as a digital campaigner, turning science, policy, and field insights into advocacy tools to challenge the traditional food supply chain.
⚠️ Non-Marketing Disclaimer. To be absolutely clear, this is not a corporate marketing or sales role. Your goal is not to sell products or optimise conversions. Your mission is awareness, education, and movement-building through organic channels. You are here to advocate for a different food system.
