Job description

Astanor is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Portfolio Analyst Intern (m/f/x) to join the finance team for a paid internship of approximately 6 months, ideally starting July 2026. In this role, you will focus on the reporting and analysis of our existing investments. Working closely with other team members, you will support the evaluation of portfolio performance and the preparation of quarterly reports.

As Portfolio Analyst Intern (m/f/x), you will be responsible for:

• Contribute to the preparation of quarterly reports
• Assist in valuation analysis of portfolio companies
• Monitor investment performance and track the development of portfolio companies
• Perform scenario modelling to analyse business outcomes, assess exit opportunities, and evaluate potential investment returns
• Undertake ad hoc projects related to reporting and portfolio analysis to address evolving business needs
• Help build out the team's internal AI tooling

The required profile for the Portfolio Analyst Intern (m/f/x) position:

• Completed a relevant university degree or in final years of studies.
• Strong attention to detail, exceptional time management skills, and the capability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English is a prerequisite.
• EU citizen.
